Advice on Repairs

If you are looking to see if the repairs exceed your excess, we offer a free of charge conversation via an appoinment. Please have on hand your insurer name and amount of your excess as this helps us determine if your repairs may be worth a claim. When replacement part prices are required to determine pricing, this may not be possible on the spot – please refer to the private written quote section below.

Private Written Quotes

These are charged by the size and time spent on the estimate/report. We do however take the estimate fee off the final invoice at the end if you choose to have your vehicle repaired by us.

Any quotes without a claim number that are required in writing will be classed as a private quote. If you decide to make a claim after you pay for a private written quote then we will be happy to refund the amount paid to go towards your excess as long as we receive the approval from your insurer to repair your vehicle. Estimate fees are not refundable when repairs are not booked in and completed by us.

Insurance Claims

It is best to make the claim first and let your insurer know you would like to use us as your repairer. That way, the insurer will send us a quote request so we can communicate with them.

If you are not sure if the repairs will exceed your excess, please book an advice appointment prior to making your claim.
